Your long awaited magical day has finally arrived and the moment has come to marry your person! Going into your day, it’s important that you feel completely confident in me as your photographer so you can relax, and enjoy yourself and the day as it unfolds! When you book with me, its my top priority to sync up your other vendors to ensure your day is as seamless and stress free as possible. By trusting me to keep things on track and capture your wedding, you’re able to soak up every moment of the best day ever.

I will always have a second shooter with me to ensure I don't miss a single precious moment of your day. Furthermore, a second shooter helps space out your timeline so I can be in two places at once- i.e getting ready photos are in different locations or we are behind on time and split wedding party portraits up. Lastly, a second shooter provides additional perspectives, back up and more creative vision.

4 weeks prior to your wedding day I will send out a pre-wedding questionnaire as well as SYNC up with you and your wedding planner to review the timeline. These details are crucial to keeping the events of the day on track, without feeling rushed or behind. my experience tells me that you can never predict how the day will unfold with unexpected surprises, i.e weather changes, delays, traffic, mishaps, so it's important to make sure your timeline is spaced out, with time built in to slow down and enjoy each moment.

When you book with me, you are also getting a day of coordinator. To be the best photographer I can be and not miss any moments or have my clients feel rushed, I memorize your timeline and wedding details to make sure the events of the day stay on schedule and everything is in place. Your pre-wedding questionnaire allows me to do this by providing me with information for your other vendors and important details not to be missed. You can also think of me as your personal Assistant and BFF for the day. I am not afraid to roll up my sleeves to repair a dress, fix a tie or help dab away tears!

Top three reasons I strongly recommend working a first look into your timeline.

1. This special moment becomes yours and ONLY yours. A private, intimate moment between you and person without 100+ guests focused on you. It takes away any anxiety you might have walking down the aisle and gives you 15 minutes to truly take each other in, take a breath and recenter.

2. The photos! These are some of the most precious photos that come out of a wedding album; your reactions and emotions are truly candid and easily captured by your photographer in a controlled setting. on top of that, it cuts down on the time needed after the ceremony for couples portraits if you can spend an additional 20 minutes doing portraits while you are fresh and energized.

3. Timeline purposes. Once you have your first look prior to the ceremony, we can knock out couples portraits and wedding party photos! This is crucial to you being able to enjoy your cocktail hour instead of using that time post-ceremony for group photos. Furthermore, if you have a fall weddings, the sun sets at 5:30-6pm, so being able to get the majority of the group photos done prior to the ceremony is nearly a MUST because we lose light so quickly after the ceremony.

Let the editing begin! I know the anticipation of seeing your final photos can be agonizing, so most often I will post a sneak peek on social media, (unless you have expressly asked me not share on social media) and provide a "Wedding Preview" album to your personal online gallery within 2 days. I use Pixieset, which is a password protected online gallery from which you can share your entire your album or individual photos with friends and family. You can also download high/web resolutions photos, order prints and more from Pixiesets professional print shop. The remainder of your gallery will be uploaded to your custom gallery, generally within 10 days of your wedding.
